Das L\u00f6ten der Rahmenrohre erfolgte im Ganzen mit den vorgefertigten Muffen. Durch Kompletterhitzung der gesamten Rohre einschlie\u00dflich Muffen schmolz das Lot insgesamt und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und die Verbindung der Teile war fest und sehr stabil. Die Teile waren sehr fest und stabil. Die Teile f\u00fcgten sich organisch zusammen, dass das die Rahmenrohre schw\u00e4chende Nachfeilen wegfiel. Die erzielte glatte Rohrau\u00dfenfl\u00e4che war f\u00fcr die Lebensdauer der Emaillierung von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung. Die hieb- und schlagfeste Emaillierung behielt selbst nach jahrelangen Gebrauch des Rades ihren festlichen Glanz. Die erste Figur war ein angedeutetes &#8222;V&#8220; mit nach hinten geschwungenen Auslauf, die auf dem Vorderradschutzblech befestigt wurde. Die Werke wuchsen, die Formen wurden moderner, die Qualit\u00e4t blieb gleich, eben Victoria-Qualit\u00e4t. Die ersten Fahrr\u00e4der mit Ballonbereifung, welche Victoria um 1930 einf\u00fchrte, waren sehr beliebt. sowie Ersch\u00fctterungen ausgeglichen. Durch die breiteren Reifen erfolgte eine wesentlich bessere D\u00e4mpfung, die Federung war verbessert, sowie Ersch\u00fctterungen ausgeglichen. Mit den breiten Reifen wurde die Sturzgefahr haupts\u00e4chlich im Bereich von Stra\u00dfenbahnschienen verringert.
