Dieser stammt aus dem Nachfolgemodell Vicky IV und hat die Bezeichnung M 51. Der Motor leistet 1,4 PS bei 4350 U\/min. Victoria hat auch hier die Ziehkeilschaltung, welche keine Schaltklauen besitzt und \u00fcber Kugeln die G\u00e4nge sehr weich einlegt, verbaut. Wiederum bekam der Motor einen Bing-Vergaser. Auch die Vollnaben (89 mm) \u00fcbernahm man von der der Vicky IV.
